§ 1-12. Inconsistent legislation repealed.

A. 

Repeal of inconsistent ordinances. Except as provided in § 1-13, Ordinances saved from repeal, below, all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with the provisions contained in the Code adopted by this ordinance are hereby repealed; provided, however, that such repeal shall only be to the extent of such inconsistency, and any valid legislation of the Township of Buena Vista which is not in conflict with the provisions of the Code shall be deemed to remain in full force and effect.

B. 

Repeal of specific ordinances. The Township Committee of the Township of Buena Vista has determined that the following ordinances are no longer in effect and hereby specifically repeals the following legislation:

(1) 

Ordinance No. 8-1998, Even Start Family Literacy Program, adopted February 23, 1998.

(2) 

Ordinance No. 245-1992, Loitering, adopted August 24, 1992.

(3) 

Ordinance No. 15-1998, Peace and Good Order, adopted October 13, 1998.

(4) 

Ordinance No. 124, Central Dispatch System, adopted March 25, 1974.
